When placing an order over the phone, please have the product numbers of the items you'd like to purchase ready.
If you have not created an account with us already, we can set you up with an account at the time of your first order. By creating an account at The Plumb Bob you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. Most orders are shipped the next day.

You may pay for your order with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

Fax or Mail Orders
To place an order by fax or mail, please fill in the order form by downloading a PDF copy at the bottom of this page.

Please provide your phone number and email address where we may reach you if we have any questions regarding your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

We also accept checks and money orders if sending by mail. Products will not be shipped until your check has cleared which will be approximately 5 to 7 days after receipt. Money Orders will be shipped within one day of receipt.
